Join me at SALT + GROVE in Stowe, VT on Wednesday October 28th from 6:30-8:00 pm for a relaxing, rejuvenating experience of a Sound Bath to bring you on a deep internal journey of mindfulness, soul expansion and inner exploration. We will utilize Oracle Cards for intention setting and Aromatherapy to help drop into the body deeper. Instruments will be played over and around everyone. I will sing and chant at the end.

November Offerings
Join Brooke Berger of Cosmic Earth Wellness for a Sound Bath on Sunday November 8th from 4:00-5:15 at Rooted Yoga in Barre, VT. Aromatherapy, Oracle Cards and Tea are included in this peaceful, rejuvenating experience. Come on out to this event to relax and unwind, treat yourself to some deep rest and healing. Brooke plays instruments over and around everyone and she sings and chants at the end. The Aromatherapy she used is organic and deeply grounding and relaxing. The tea will be heart opening and centering. Oracle cards can help create intentions and give guidance.

Get creative with color, texture, and fiber in this hands-on weaving workshop with artist Brooke Berger! Over two sessions, you’ll learn the fundamentals of creating a woven wall hanging while experimenting with natural fibers, vibrant colors, and interesting textures to develop your own unique style. Perfect for beginners and students with some weaving experience, this class offers plenty of room to grow. Learn how to prepare a frame loom, build your weaving skills, and explore techniques for combining different fibers and textures. With two sessions to work, students may even have the opportunity to complete more than one weaving!
You’ll learn:
How to prepare and use a frame loom
Essential weaving techniques and finishing methods
How to combine colored, natural, and textured fibers
How to finish and prepare your weaving for display
Whether you’re picking up a loom for the first time or looking to take your weaving skills further, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind fiber artwork.

Join me for a cozy, nourishing evening of creativity & cacao in community at Prophecy Chocolate in Morrisville, VT for a Coaster Weaving Workshop! Monday November 15th from 6:00-8:30 pm.
Each person will learn how to make their own handwoven coaster that they can then use for their warm beverages to sit on this autumn and beyond. We will use natural fibers of organic cottons and wool, even some wool from Vermont and around the world!
We begin with a guided Creative Crystal Bowl Sound Meditation with chimes and other instruments, vocal toning to open our creative channels.
Everyone will receive a warm heart opening Cacao beverage to help ground and tap into our center.
Tamales and snacks will be available for purchase.
If you are wanting to unlock a new skill, do something creative for fun, ignite your fuel for ancient earth skills crafts in community, this event is for you!
We will even learn about Cacao while we weave our intentions into the coaster we make.
I will have good vibes flowing through music playing during this event to set the energy in a uplifting way
