MINDFUL YIN YOGA & SOUND BATH
Join us for this deeply recharging and rejuvenating experience to nourish you from within. Saskia Meckman will guide 45 minutes of Mindful Yin Yoga followed by Brooke Berger offering 45 minutes of a Sound Bath. Aromatherapy included.
7 Crystals Singing Bowls, 3 Tibetan Bowls, 4 Elemental Koshi Chimes, Gong, Drums, Rattles, Space Chime, Rainstick, Ocean Drum, Tongue Drum and more. Brooke also sings and chants at the end with vocal toning.
Instruments played over and around everyone. Bring a yoga mat & anything you need to be comfy!
