Join Brooke and Renee on Wednesday October 15th from 6:00-7:30 pm for a deeply nourishing and relaxing Sound Bath with Acupuncture experience in the Yoga room at Trapp Lodge in Stowe, Vermont. 

Come on out to rest and unwind in a beautiful journey through many sound instruments and Acupuncture. Aromatherapy will be offered to each person.

Combining acupuncture with a sound bath creates a truly harmonious healing experience. Acupuncture works to unblock energy pathways and promote the flow of energy, leading to both physical healing and emotional well-being. The vibrations of the sound bath allow deep healing frequencies to penetrate the body, facilitating emotional release and mental relaxation.

Together, these practices create a powerful healing environment that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.

About Acupuncture (and how it works combined with a sound bath)

Acupuncture, which has its roots in traditional East Asian medicine, has been practiced for thousands of years. This therapy is based on the principle that vital energy, known as Qi, flows through specific pathways in the body called meridians. According to traditional East Asian medicine, health issues arise when the opposing forces of yin and yang are out of balance. By inserting fine needles at specific points along these meridians, acupuncture aims to restore the harmony of Qi and enhance the body's natural healing abilities.

Brooke has been facilitating Sound Experiences for over 8 years. During the sound bath, she plays numerous instruments over and around everyone. 

Her instruments include: 7 crystal singing bowl, brass bowls, wind gong, tongue drum, frame drum, ocean drum, rattles, rainstick, 4 elemental Koshi chimes, space chime and more. She even chants and does vocal toning at the end. 

Please wear comfy clothes, layers, pants and sleeves that can easily move and pull up the leg or arms for the needles to be used. 

Blankets and bolsters provided Or bring your own. Please bring an eye covering or anything else you would like to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible.
